About Us
New Beginnings Counseling Services is a Virginia-based behavioral health agency providing structured, community-focused mental health and substance use services for adolescents and adults. Our programs are designed to stabilize, strengthen, and support individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, behavioral challenges, and substance use disorders.
We offer outpatient therapy, Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP), community-based crisis support, and are expanding into residential-level services to increase access to safe, therapeutic environments. Our team includes licensed mental health professionals and qualified mental health professionals committed to evidence-based, culturally responsive care.
NBCS partners with families, referral sources, and community stakeholders to ensure coordinated, accountable service delivery. We prioritize measurable outcomes, clinical integrity, and client-centered planning to support long-term stability and independence.
