About Us

Holly Byrd Miller is a professional makeup artist, has over 20 years of experience. She is the CEO for Makeup By Holly, LLC and freelances for international companies such as Giorgio Armani Beauty, Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel and Laura Mercier. She is a Certified Makeup Instructor and has traveled throughout the east coast educating everyday women and future makeup artists on the fundamentals of makeup artistry, as well as current beauty trends. Her passion as a Beauty Consultant allows her to empower women to look and feel their best.

Holly provides beauty services in all categories. She is the lead makeup artist for Kim Brundage Photography and Makeup by Holly Beauty Partners which provides makeup, hairstyling, personal stylist, wardrobe/image consultant, and personal shopping services. The team is currently comprised of 15 beauty professionals and rising. Makeup by Holly, LLC’s corporate clients include Virginia Commonwealth University, Expert Leverage, Inkandescent Public Relations, Buckingham Greenery Interior Landscapes and CCH Collection to name a few.

Holly continues to broaden her knowledge and experience through continuing education at the Make Up For Ever Academy New York, hands-on training with Derrick Rutledge (Oprah’s current makeup artist), one-on-one training with Reggie Wells (former makeup artist to Oprah Winfrey), and Sir John (celebrity artist to Beyoncé, Chrissy Teigen and Joan Small).

Holly’s passion for all-things beauty allows her to engage with all women who dare to be bold, empowered, confident, and beautiful.
