Hollin Wright Enterprises, LLC, a social and community development coaching and consulting services firm, was formed in 2020 to help organizations exceed their compliance goals and ensure quality. Nonprofit, corporate, state, and federal clients procure HWE services to promote behavioral health, small business development and financing, housing stability, financial inclusion, workforce development, diversity, and more. It is a small-, micro-, women-, and minority-owned Virginia-based business that honors community voice and participation.
For over 25 years, CEO and Founder, Tiffany Hollin Wright, has used human-centered, community-based approaches across 16 states to highlight the assets and needs of people in rural and urban places. It’s informed innovative practices, policy, and research for 100s of nonprofits, philanthropies, and communities. In the past 10+ years, Tiffany has partnered with and bolstered the performance of community development financial institutions, banks like Regions, Fifth Third, and Truist, and regulatory agencies like the United States Department of the Treasury, Federal Reserve System (FRS), Federal Depository Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).
