Heal with Keonna offers coaching, trainings and speaking engagements that teach Black women and change makers how to heal and build a bold and balanced life.


Our 1:1 Courage Coaching is the warm hug and mirror that Black women and change makers need to let go of old habits and build a bold and balanced life.

Our signature well-being workshop helps staff and leaders reconnect to their needs, prioritize their well-being and achieve a healthier work-life balance.

Keonna's keynote presentations and community healing meditations create space for communities to breathe deeply and gain practical tools to heal themselves and their communities.
