Description
This program is designed to give high school students the tools to assist them in becoming confident entrepreneurs.
The goals of the program are as follows:
- To help increase the awareness of entrepreneurship opportunities and aspirations of young people in grades 9-12
- To explore self-employment as a legitimate career path, providing reliable living wages;
- To allow students to generate business ideas, conduct market research, and write business plans
- To prepare students for the world of work, post-secondary educational training and to make career choices
