Application

The Mentoring Program accelerates the revenue and business growth of diverse owned businesses in our communities through mentorship.

Below are some highlights and requirements for the program:

Businesses in the Richmond, VA area

Have been operational for three or more years

Have a minimum annual revenue of $250,000

B2B

Able to attend all sessions (Virtual and in person)

Sessions are listed below:

July 28th 9 - 10 (Virtual Meet and Greet)

Aug 4th 8:30 - 12:30 (in person)

Aug 11th 8:30 - 11:00 (Virtual)

Aug 18th 9:00 - 11:00 (Virtual)

Aug 25th 8:30 - 1:00 (in person)

Sept 3rd 9:00 - 11:00 (Virtual)

Sept 8th 9:00 - 11:00 (Virtual)

Sept 18th 9:00 - 11:00 Graduation (in person)

Dedicated Capital One associates will serve as Business Resource Partners (BRPs) to the business owner
