What The Coramino Fund Offers \;
\n\nThe Coramino Fund provides $10\,000 grants to entrepreneurs in under-resourced communities. The grants are designed to foster business growth\, with flexible uses including but not limited to: \; \;
\n\n- \n
- Hiring new staff or promoting existing staff to bring a new product or service to market\; \; \n
- Purchasing equipment to add a new product or service to the business offerings\; \; \n
- Upgrading physical space to better serve customers\; and \; \n
- Launching a marketing and promotional campaign to attract more customers. \; \n
Small businesses that receive grants will be offered AI education through 1st Street Partnerships\, a new partner of Gran Coramino®\; Tequila. The adoption of this technology enables businesses to streamline operations\, enhance customer experiences\, and make data-driven decisions. This training will help small businesses compete with larger firms that leverage AI for efficiency and innovation. \;
\n\nMinimum Eligibility Guidelines \;
\n\nThe Coramino Fund is open to small businesses in under-resourced communities nationwide. Small businesses are eligible to apply for a grant if they meet the following criteria: \;

- Registered business entity in the United States \; \n
- Owned by an individual 21 years of age or older (who must be the applicant) \; \n
- In operation for 5 years or less \; \n
- Have no more than 3 locations and 30 employees \; \n
- Have a business bank account \; \n
- Can share and provide proper business and financial verification documentation (W-9s\, voided checks\, bank statements\, etc.) \; \n
- Business owner(s) must not be an equity holder\, owner\, partner\, member\, director\, manager\, officer\, employee\, consultant\, or agent of any beverage alcohol retail licensee\, or has any other interest\, direct or indirect\, in any retail licensee. As a manufacturer of a distilled spirit\, Gran Coramino®\; Tequila is legally prohibited from providing monetary funds to licensed accounts. \; \n
Note: \;The Coramino Fund aims to allocate 30% of its grants to small businesses located in these 10 states: California\, Florida\, Georgia\, Illinois\, Maryland\, New Jersey\, New York\, North Carolina\, South Carolina\, and Texas. Further\, this is a competitive grant program. Therefore\, not all small businesses meeting the minimum eligibility guidelines will necessarily receive a grant through The Coramino Fund. \;
