\nCEO of the Better Housing Coalition and co-chair of Mayor Levar Stoney&rsquo\;s Housing Taskforce
Ms. Harris sits and served on many boards such as Virginia Tech&rsquo\;s Board of Visitors in 2016\, the boards of ChamberRVA\, the Richmond Jazz Society\, the boards of the City of Richmond&rsquo\;s Economic Development Authority\, and the Federal Reserve Bank&rsquo\;s Board of Governors&rsquo\; Consumer Advisory Council to name a few. Among her accolades\, Greta was named the Virginia Tech Black Alumni Association&rsquo\;s 2016 Philanthropist of the Year\; and was recognized as a 2014 Outstanding Virginian by Equality Virginia. Greta earned her bachelor of architecture degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and holds a master of science in architecture and urban design from Columbia University.

Each luncheon includes a fireside chat featuring an influential women in business. These quarterly luncheons are designed to provide training and networking opportunities for women professionals through open dialogue and full audience participation in a small\, intimate setting. Topics in the past include effective communication conflict management\, assertiveness\, self-fulfillment\, and upward mobility.
