She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from VCU. She has direct service and administrative experience in the supported employment field. Rachael earned ACRE-certification through the supported employment web-based certificate series in 2011. Rachael served as Supported Employment Supervisor and was then promoted to Business Connections Program Manager in 2015. Mrs. Rounds holds a Master's Degree in  Rehabilitation Counseling.\n\n\n\nThe primary activities associated with Business Connections at VCU include: Recruitment\, Job Training\, and Retention services. VCU Business Connections strives to bridge the gap between employers looking for qualified and reliable employees and a pool of prescreened job applicants with disabilities that have the proper supports in place for long-term success! We focus heavily on understanding and meeting the specific needs of both jobseekers and employers to make the best job matches possible.
